Remove meat from the stewed chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
Fry bacon in a large skillet until brown. Remove bacon from pan and all but 2 tablespoons grease.
Brown onions in the grease, then add bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms and olives.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add chicken to the skillet and simmer about 10 minutes.
Butter a large casserole and layer the spaghetti, chicken mixture and cheese.
The casserole may be put in the refrigerator overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until thoroughly heated and bubbling.
