Suggest a better descriptionYou will need 2 frying pans and one casserole.
Pour 1 1/2 cup corn oil in pan over high to medium. Fry big cubes of ham quickly ad drain before transferring to casserole.
Fix the skin of chicken, pulling to cover white meat and fry in pan (just brown the skin on both sides),
Remove and drain excess oil before transferring to casserole. Arrange chicken in casserole and pierce.
Take a little oil from the pan and place in clean frying pan, lower fire and saute garlic onion and tomato slices, add olives, tomato sauce, water (1 tetra pack) and white wine.
Pour mixture into casserole with chicken, lower fire and simmer covered for 30 minutes.
FOR THE RICE:
In a sauce pan on high fire, saute garlic, onion, and ham
Pour cleaned rice and stir periodically
Pour 1 and 1 1/2 cups of water. When it starts to boil, periodically stir.
When water dissolves partially, lower heat and cover.
Rice is cooked when water totally dissolves.
