Suggest a better descriptionBoil chicken and shred. Mix all ingredients into slow cooker and stir. Cook on medium 2-3 hours. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped jalapeƱos, chopped cilantro, tortilla strips, and other Mexican favorites. Can also put uncooked chicken in slow cooker, cook 6-7 hours, then shred.
