Easy barbecue
Place chicken pieces and baking potatoes in a shallow baking pan. Keep potatoes away from the side of the pan to prevent burning. Pour barbecue sauce over chicken and potatoes. Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees, basing frequently, about 30 minutes. Remove foil and cook about 15 minutes more or until chicken is done.
Large potatoes will not cook through. Use smaller ones or cut larger ones in half.
