Add pre-cooked chickend, remove from heat and set aside for 15-20 minutes
Boil pasta.
Add cream of chicken soup and sour cream to onion mixture, then add pasta.
Place in pan - cover generously with Parmesan.
Bake at 350-375° for 40-45 minutes
