Create marinade
2 big scoops of Greek yogurt, (1 tsp) red chili powder, (1 tsp) coriander, (1 tsp) garam masala, (1 tsp) cummin, (1 tsp) salt
Slather veggies and chicken in marinade and let sit for 2 hrs in fridge.
Bake on skewers for 15-20 min at 350 F with thin film of oil in pan
