Cook chicken in 3-4 cups of salted water until tender - cut into cubs put aside.
In large pan add broth, onions, chilies, rotel, tomato sauce, garlic powder, cumin and beans. Simmer 20 min. and taste for seasoning. Add chicken, cilantro and lime juice.
To serve put a bunch of tortilla chips in bottom of bowl then some cheese, ladle over soup and top with avocado.
