Spray all work surfaces down with frontier before and during your preparation. You will need to change the yield/serving size as this recipe is for 5
3 hours before
- prepare any desserts
2 hours before
- defrost sliced bread and put on trays
- Fill butter and margarine containers and place on trolley
- Make sure the jugs are filled with water and left on the trolley
1 hour before
- put chicken wings on trays with baking paper
40 minutes before
- place chicken wings in oven at 150c, turn oven off once chicken reaches 70c
- boil water for mashed potato with potatoes already in the water
30 minutes before
- boil water for gravy
30 minutes before
- put veggies in steam oven at 80 degrees (Check 10 mins before to see how going - this is a new method)
10 minutes before
- set up the servery
- put out water
- mix up the gravy. The gravy mix is often runny, so you may need to add more mix at the end to thicken. Make a slurry using cold water and introduce to the hot gravy to thicken.
5 minutes before
- drain veggies
- mash potato using dairy free margarine - add mixed herbs & garlic
GF - Can have chicken wings we have GF and DF gravy. Normal mashed potato
DF - Can have chicken wings we have GF and DF gravy. Need to make up mashed potato, a potato per person with DF margarine
