Place spaghetti, cooked chicken, green pepper and onion in 1 1/2 quart or larger casserole.
Pour mushroom soup and broth over mixture.
Add celery salt, pepper and 2/3 of cheese.
Toss with forks to mix and coat.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until bubbly throughout.
