Easy and fast chickpea flour buns with cheese !
First mix the chickpea flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda, yogurt, salt and eggs. Do not forget to save one of the egg yolk for later. Knead dough and add cheese and dill and knead again until everything mix. Roll the dough as small pieces and place them on baking paper. Spread the egg yolk on each bun and decorate with black cummin on the top. Put them into preheated oven for 35 minutes on 180 degrees.
Because of the nature of the chickpea flour dough could be little sticky it is normal and lowest fat and little juicy cheese is the best.
