This is a yummy breakfast casserole that is easy to make.
In a bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add flour, baking powder, salt, cheeses, and melted butter. Mix until smooth. Stir in chiles. Pour mixture into well buttered 9x13 glass dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes our until lightly baked and set. Serve with salsa.
