Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 450. Let sea bass sit out for 30 minutes prior to cooking. And garlic / butter to small pan. Add olive oil to fry pan over medium heat. Pat sea bass try and salt/pepper. Add fish to pan and cook 4-5 minutes each side. Do not touch in between flips. For thicker or more well done, put in oven for 5 minutes. Meanwhile melt butter/garlic. Strain butter and pour over bass to serve.
