Suggest a better descriptionBrown meat in shortening. AFTER meat has browned, add MSG, chili powder, comino powder, garlic and onion. In a large sauce pan, combine sugar, bouillon, tomato paste, instant coffee and water. Add browned meat. Salt to taste. Simmer over med heat 1-1/2 hours. Hope you enjoy. For competition purposes, you want your color a good red (from chili peppers --not tomatoes) and spicy to distinquish it from the other samples that may have "dulled" the judges taste buds.
