1. Przygotowanie chili con carne zaczynamy od obrania i pokrojenia w drobna kostke cebuli, która trzeba podsmazyc na patelni.
2. Do zeszklonej cebuli dodajemy mieso, solimy, pieprzymy i dokladnie mieszamy rozdrabniajac wieksze kawalki.
3. Jesli nie mamy glebokiej patelni, przekladamy mieso do garnka i dodajemy do niego pomidory. Calosc mieszamy, solimy, doprawiamy pieprzem, chili lub przyprawa do chili con carne, by osiagnac pozadana ostrosc potrawy.
4. Gotujemy chwile pod przykryciem i na wolnym ogniu czesto mieszajac.
5. Dodajemy fasole, kukurydze, czosnek, lyzeczke oregano i/lub bazylii i gotujemy kolejne 10 minut pod przykryciem.
