1 - Brown and drain ground beef
2 - Combine cooked ground beef and all other ingredients, with exception to beans and mushroom, in large pot and simmer for at least 40 minutes.
3 - Add beans and simmer for an additional 20 minutes.
4 - Add mushrooms and simmer for additional 5 minutes.
Serve
Great with Fritos and Shredded Cheddar Cheese
