Suggest a better descriptionBrown meat and set aside. Saute green pepper and garlic in olive oil until soft. Add remainder of ingredients, including meat, and simmer, covered, for a while - probably 2 or 3 hours, until the meat is soft. Salt and pepper to taste. Can serve with chopped avocado, onion, cilantro, cheese, tomato, etc, and tortillas.
