This is a recipe from the South Beach Diet and it is delicious!
Salsa-Combine all ingredients and lightly toss. Let stand for 30 minutes.
Chili- Heat oil in large pan or 6 quart dutch oven over medium high heat. Add onion and cook for 3 minutes. Add beans, tomatoes, broth, chili powder, chilie peppers, garlic and oregano. Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with salsa and sour cream. Sprinkle with cilantro.
