Quick Chilli Chicken
Take 250 gm boneless chicken cubes in a bowl and add 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste, 1 tsp Soya Sauce, 1 Egg white, 1 tbsp Maida, salt & pepper as per taste.
Mix well and set aside for min 30 mins.
Then stir fry in a pan for 1 to 2 mins and keep aside.
Take Wok and add 2 tips of oil and heat it up.
Sauté Onion petals and Green and Red Bell Peppers cut in similar sized pieces.
Add 2 slit Green Chillies, 1 tbsp finely chopped Ginger, 1 tsp finely chopped Garlic and mix well.
Add the stir fried Chicken, and toss it well for some time.
Then add 1 tbsp Soya Sauce, 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce, 1 tsp Vinegar and stir until cooked and mixed well.
Add the chopped Spring Onion leaves, and mix well.
Add Corn Starch slurry as per required gravy thickness and let the corn starch cook for some time.
Serve once done.
