Beef, rice, celery, onion...comfort food with an Asian flair.
Brown meat with green pepper, celery, onion, and mushrooms. Stir in cream of mushroom soup. Simultaneously, boil 1 1/4 C water, chicken and rice soup then add rice and simmer until rice is cooked. Mix all together, place in casserole dish and cover with almonds. Bake for 20 minutes at 350*.
