Suggest a better descriptionDissolve sugar in 3/4 cup of boiling water: set aside
1. Season ribs with Chinese five spice. Brown in pan with oil on all sides then put in crock pot
2. In same pan: add oil, onion and garlic an cook for 5 min
3. Stir in wine, cook on med for 5 min
4. Take off heat, add soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, chili paste, and ginger mix and put in crock pot
5. Add sugar water and orange juice
6. Cover, cook on high for 6 hours, spoon fat off top and serve with rice
