Melt butter in a pan. Tear beef in to small pieces. Over medium heat stir until well coated.. Remove from heat, sprinkle and stif flour in until the melted butter can't absorb any more flour. Put back on heat & slowly stir in milk until consistency of thich gravy. Cook slowly about 10 minutes to thourghly cook the flour.
