Extremely simple and quick dessert.
Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa and salt in a small bowl.
Stir in milk, vanilla and vegetable oil; mixing until blended.
Spray a microwave safe mug with non-stick spray. Pour in the mixture.
Cook in the microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream. 1 US tablespoon = 15ml, 1 Aus tablespoon = 20ml
