Super easy and healthy way to get your chocolate fix!
So simple! Stir everything together. The coco powder won't mix in well at first, but just cover the mixture and put it in the fridge. As the chia seeds swell, you'll easily be able to mix it in. I stir ever 15 minutes for an hour or so, then let it sit in the fridge overnight. You can add more cocoa for a more intense flavor.
I recommend Penzey's Natural High Fat Cocoa, and Penzey's Double Strength Vanilla.
