Amazing flavour and easy to make
Preheat oven to 350°F
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add egg and beat till light and fluffy.
Add vanilla and baking soda and mix well.
Fold through flour till combined.
Fold through chocolate chips and nuts.
Place spoonfuls of biscuit dough onto baking sheets and flatten with a floured fork.
Bake till golden in preheated oven.
Cool on tray and store in airtight container.
