Preheat the oven to 190° C air.
Mix butter and sugar for 3min until creamy. Add in eggs and mix for another 3 min until creamier. Mix flour, baking soda and salt in a seperate bowl and add to the butter mixture. Combine everything together (very carefully, don’t overmix!) with a regular spoon. Add in the chocolate chips. Put tablespoon sised portions of dough on to a bakingtray with bakingpaper. Bake for 10-13 min. The cookies are still soft when they come out of the oven but after they cool down they have the perfect texture.
