..1 teaspoon (4g) baking soda
..1 teaspoon (3g) kosher salt
14 ounces dark chocolate

Instructions
.Mix sugar and wet ingredients in mixer
.Add dry ingredients to mixer
.Cover tight in saran wrap and rest in fridge 45 minutes
.Roll into balls
.Bake 350 for 10-15 minutes
.Bang pan on the way out to flatten
