Chocolate Chip Cookies
1. Mix butter, brown sugar and vanilla.
2. Add flour, salt and baking powder.
3. Stir in chocolate chips or whatever you are in the mood for (white chips, nuts, M&Ms)
4. From dough, make hockey puck size cookies using a 1/4 cup or 1/3 cup measuring cup. Freese cookies.
5. I put pucks on a cookie sheet and freeze. Once frozen, I put them into Ziplock baggies and bake later.
6. Do not thaw the cookies before baking.
7. Bake in 325 degree oven for approximately 25 minutes. Do not overbake.
