Clem brought these to the office one day and Tim said they were so good that we had to get the recipe from Courtney! Well, here it is -- too bad I can't get Tim to make them!
Preheat oven to 350
Cream together the butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Add the salt, baking soda, and hot water. Mix in the flour (if you don't use Gold Medal Flour, it will take more than 3 cups of flour. The dough should be stiff, but not dry). Add the mini milk chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet, and bake for approximately 9 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
