melt a cup of butter in the microwave. Then mix butter and eggs together. Put the brown sugar in and mix, then the white sugar. Then mix in the warm water, then flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well then add as many chocolate chips as needed. remember set stove before you start at 375.
roll the dough into balls, place on cookie sheet and then flatten them a little and they come out perfect :)
