Mix graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder in large mixing bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk and butter til smooth. Add cru,mb mixture, mix well. Stir in coconut, and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets (I use foil over one). Bake 9-10 mijn. until lightly browned.
