Really great Recipe
Cream butter , both sugars and salt with hand whisk.
Whisk in the vanilla, egg, egg yolk,
Add sifted flour and baking soda. Fold this in. Don’t overwork.
Fold in the chocolates.
Cover bowl with clear wrap and place in refrigerator for at least
30 minutes. Best for 24 hours.
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Scoop out with ice cream scoop and hand roll with wet hands
To golf ball size balls. Place on Parchment lined pans, 8 to a pan and
Bake at 350 for 11 to 13 minutes. Mine 13 min.
Place well separated on cooking pan.
Let cookies on hot pan rest for 2-3 minutes then remove cookies
to wire rack to completely cool.
You can freeze cookie dough balls then cook from frozen by turning down oven to 330 degrees & Cook till edges are slightly brown and center still soft. 16 minutes in my oven.
