Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 350, lightly grease two large baking sheets.
2. Combine butter, sugar and brown sugar in large bowl. Beat with wooden spoon or electric mixer set on medium speed until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla extract, set aside.
3. Sift flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda into small bowl. Add flour mixture to butter mixture. Stir in rolled oats and chocolate chunks.
4. Spoon tablespoonfuls of dough, about 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheets. Bake cookies 8-10 minutes. Let cookies cool for one minute before transferring to wire racks.
