1. Sift together flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder, and soda.
2. In mixer beat margarine and sugar until fluffy.
3. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well.
4. Gradually add flour mixture.
5. Dip with a 70 scoop.
6. Press and indentation in the middle of each cookie.
7. Place a cherry half in each indentation.
8. In a small pan melt chocolate chips and condensed milk.
9. Add 4 teaspoon cherry juice.
10. Using a 100 scoop pour chocolate over cherry halves. Do not over fill indentation.
11. Bake 300 convection 350 regular oven for 8-10 minutes.
