These delicious crepes are filled with creamy chocolate sauce and are crispy from the outside!
For the crepes batter:
In a big bowl, Crack an egg and whisk it well.
Then, add sugar and beat it for 3-4 mins.
Later, combine the flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.
After that, mix the wet and dry ingredients.
Beat them. (It's best to use an electronic beater for this purpose).
Add some vanilla extract for a better scent and stir it.
Tip: If the batter looks too thin add more flour and a little sugar. And if it's too thick, add more milk.
For the chocolate filling:
Chop the chocolate bar.
Then, add it in a pan. Let it melt.
When the chocolate has melted completely, add the milk.
Whisk well till the chocolate has mixed completely.
Let the sauce thicken.
When it has reached its complete thickness, fill it in the crepes.
And YES you're always free to drizzle some extra chocolate sauce on top, if you're a chocoholic like me ;)
