Suggest a better descriptionMix oil, chocolate, granulated sugar and vanilla. Blend in eggs, one at a time. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Chill dough at least 3 hours. Heat oven to 350F. Grease cookie sheet. Shape dough by rounded teaspoonsful into balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Place about 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
