Comfort food to the MAX!! Couldn't be easier!!!!
Delicious combination of buttery croissants, melted and soaked chocolate and comfort, warm with a hint of vanilla custard!
Great for winter while hiding under your wool blanket and watching an enjoyable TV show!
What you have to do:-
1- Chop the croissants into cubes
2- use the butter to line the oven dish with (like done for baking) make sure the dish is coated with butter
3- place all the cubed chocolate croissants into the dish
4- chop the chocolate or pour the chocolate chips into the dish and mix it around with the croissant
5- prepare the custard, add the vanilla beans from the pod, mix until prepared
6- pour the custard over the croissants into the dish, dont over do the custard, it needs to be fairly even
7- Put the dish in the oven for around 10-15 minutes.
Eat it while hot and yummmy!
Suggestions:-
Delicious with a scoop of ice-cream!
Make sure the custard is equal to the moment of croissants, if the dish becomes too watery it kinda ruins the whole thing!
