Ana Maria Escalante's recipe for Peruvian holiday hot chocolate. Make with Sol del Cusco chocolate.
Shave or grate the chocolate. Bring milk and water to a boil. Whisk in the cocoa, baking chocolate, sugar, and vanilla. Simmer, then add the corn starch, when thickened, remove from heat and add the butter. Serve hot.
