In a double boiler, melt chocolate chips until smooth. Dip berries, holding onto stems, into chocolate. Place dipped berries on waxed paper and chill until ready to serve. You can also dip cookies and other fruits including bananas and dried fruits. Be sure to wipe fruit dry before dipping.
