Preheat oven to 325
Combine Flour, Baking soda and Salt
In mixer cream butter and both sugars until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Turn mixer to lowest setting. Slowly add dry ingredients until just mixed. Mix in the espresso beans by hand until mixed in.
Taking 2 tbsp roll into a ball and space 2 in apart on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 - 20 min
