Preheat oven to 325?. Combine first 4 ingredients; stir well. Combine flour, cocoa, and baking powder; stir into sugar mixture. Fold in walnuts. Spooon into a 9-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 325? for 30 minutes or unitl a wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
