Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Mix cookie crumbs, 1 tablespoon sugar and butter. Press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes.
3. Melt 4 ounces chocolate as directed on package.
4. Beat plain cream cheese, remaining sugar, and vanilla with mixer until blended.
5. Add melted white chocolate. Mix well.
6. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each just blended.
7. Pour over crust.
8. Bake 50-55 minutes until center is almost set.
9. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake. Cool before removing rim.
10. Refrigerate 4 hours.
11. Meanwhile, shave remaining white chocolate into curls.
12. Spoon Philadelphia Indulgence into medium bowl. Stir until creamy.
13. Add Cool Whip and whisk until blended.
14. Spread over cheesecake.
15. Garnish with white chocolate curls and raspberries.
