Suggest a better description•Combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, milk, oil, sugar-free maple syrup or honey, and vanilla to mug.
•Mix everything together until well incorporated.
•Add egg and continue to mix until well combined, about a minute.
•Microwave mug cake on high for 90 seconds, then carefully remove the mug from microwave (mug is hot!).
•Top with sugar-free chocolate chips or chopped up fresh fruit, sprinkles, granola, dairy-free whipped cream or other toppings of choice.
Notes:
•You can mix all the ingredients first in a bowl, then divide the batter between two small ramekins vs. one large mug.
•Be sure to adjust cook time when microwaving two small ramekins.
