Melt chocolate, cocoa, and butter over double boiler. Stir until smooth and transfer to large bowl.
Cook sugar and water in saucepan over low heat until sugar dissolves. Increase heat and simmer 4 min
Stir syrup into chocolate mixture. Whisk yolks, eggs, liqueur, and vanilla in medium bowl. Add gee mixture to chocolate. Pour into desired pan, cover with plastic wrap; must be refrigerated overnight.
