Reserve 1/3 cup of chopped pretzels. In large microwavable bowl, melt 6 T of butter for 45-60 sec. stir in marshmallows and cook another minute. Add Rice Krispies and remaining pretzels. Press into 13x9 greased pan.
Combine 2 T. butter and 1/4 cup corn syrup and microwave for 45-60 sec. Add peanut butter chips and cook another 30-40 sec until melted. Spread over cereal layer.
Combine remaining butter and corn syrup. Melt for 45-60 sec. Add chocolate chips and cook another 30-40 sec. Spread over top. Sprinkle with nuts and pretzels and press down. Refrigerate 30 minutes, covered.
