Suggest a better descriptionCrush Oreos in a food processor (use a little more than half of a package of Oreos depending on size of springform pan). Melt butter and add to Oreos, enough to make a crust. Spray springform pan and mash Oreos into the bottom. Next, layer Peppermint ice cream on top of the oreos. Cover peppermint ice cream with Chocolate fudge sauce. Then layer chocolate ice cream on top of the fudge sauce, as much as will fit into the springform. Then freeze. Serve with caramel sauce on top and pecans.
