Suggest a better descriptionCombine the sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and 1/4 milk. Mix well. Add the rest of the milk. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on high. Remove and stir. Microwave again for 1 1/2 mintes on high. Remove from microwave and stir once. Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes. You can also prepare this on the stove. Bring to boil over medium heat.
