Chocolatley kiss of goodness
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease cookie sheet or line with parchment paper. In medium bowel, cream butter and sugar together. Stir in 2 egg yolks, melted chocolate and vanilla. Sift together flour and salt, stir into the creamed mixture.
In small bowel , slight beat the remaining gig whites. Roll dough into walnut sized balls. Dip the balls in the egg whites, then roll in sugar or chopped nuts. Place the Cookies onto prepared cookies sheets and make a small indentation with your thumb. Bake 10-12 minutes in pre-heated oven. When cookies come out of oven, place a Hershey kiss in the center of cookie. Let the warmth of the cookie melt the chocolate and the use a toothpick to smooth chocolate in the center of the cookie.
Make sure to place the chocolates in center of cookies when they are fresh from oven.
