Suggest a better descriptionCombine the chocolate chips and milk in a microwave-safe 1-quart bowl. Microwave on High for 1 to 2 minutes or until blended; stir. Add the cream cheese and orange zest. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Let stand until cool. Beat the whipping cream in a mixing bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture. Spoon the chocolate filling into the pie shell. Freeze, covered, for 4 hours or until firm. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with dollops of additional whipped cream, chocolate curls and/or orange slices.
