Melt margarine and chocolate together. Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt, then add to margarine and chocolate mixture. Add flour and nuts. Bake in waffle iron on medium, 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Cook frosting ingredients over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Stir in powdered sugar. Frost cookies while warm.
