Chokladkaka som jag ännu inte smakat
1. Sätt ugnen på 175 grader
2. Smält smöret i en kastrull. Lyft kastrullen från värmen
3. Rör ner socker, kakao och vaniljsocker
4. Rör ner ett ägg i taget och till sist mjölet.
5. Häll smeten i en smord och bröad form med löstagbar kant, ca 24 cm i diameter. Grädda mitt i ugnen 20 minuter.
Kakan ska vara lite kladdig i mitten. Låt kakan kallna. Ställ den gärna kallt ca en timme innan servering. Pudra över lite florsocker. Servera ev. med vispad grädde.
